It's probably because English is my native language, but I catch a lot of these.
That sign should read:
No Motorcycles or Bicycles Are Allowed
To make it even better, the word "Are" shouldn't even be included.
This isn't in Singapore now is it? LOL
Well, her caption says:
"Look at this sign somewhere in Singapore."
So ya, it probably is.
