Here is the full interview transcript of Wendy Chong Jia Yan 钟佳燕 on her with Jack Neo. It is in Chinese, some key points are translate in English as follows:
- After they know each another for one month, they have sex.
- That happens in his car, after she visited him for movie shooting.
- They still have sex 5 days before the matter reported in the news.
- Jack Neo wants to break with her after he back from his Italy trip.
大约两个星期后，也就是我们认识的1个月后，我们就发生了第一次的肉体关系。
那次是去片场看他拍戏之后，他送我回家，在他车上，我们就情不自禁的跨越了友谊的界限。
梁智强的车子有窗帘，玻璃窗也是黑色的，所以，我们在里面做什么，都很安全。
但是，完事后，他很小心谨慎，说车里不可以留下头发，椅背的角度也必须调整回去。我看着他当时很熟练的样子，便问他，是不是曾经多次做过这种事。他说不是。
可是，凭着女人的直觉，我并不是太相信他说的话，所以，隔天，我便向他提出‘分手’。
他问我为什么，我说，我觉得他只是跟我玩玩的。
梁智强听后提议说，不如我们试试交往3个月，你看我是怎样的？是不是只要你的身体。
我被他说服了，我们就这样交往下去。那3个月内，我发现，自己真的爱上了梁智强。
“梁智强告诉记者，他一直很想跟我分手，但是，他还记不记得，事发前一晚，他还拥抱着我，对我说爱我？
而且，事发前5天，我们还发生性关系。不过，那也是最后一次了。
梁智强对我态度上的转变，我感觉是在他从意大利回来之后。
在我们热恋之前，他经常问我：如果有一天，你离开我，我该怎么办？
可是，在他的态度转变之后，他却经常问我：你不觉得跟我在一起，没有将来吗？
每次他这么跟我说是，我就告诉他，能走多远就多远，如果有一天，我想结婚了、遇到了心仪的对象，我就走……

Well, in the news, it is now reported Jack Neo may have at least 11 girls (I believe this is under estimate, imagine Jack Neo already famous for 11 years, cannot be just 1 year 1 girl right? For sure many girls like to be famous or Fann Wong #2). She says Jack invites her to go hotel within 5 weeks after knowing her, and her mom nearly call the police. And during that time, she just 16!

在2004年11月，电影杀青后的3个月内，当时只有16岁的玛依烈，就接受梁智强的晚餐邀约。
当时，梁智强发送了将近30个简讯，不停的称赞她，还称她“dear”（亲爱的），跟他一贯追求猎物的手法一样，他在简讯中也表示，会让玛依烈签约J Team，并让她在演艺界有很好的发展。

Remosfully, the scandal incident is true but the video is a hoax, it was a video interviews about his thoughts on the movie, i not stupid. People edit it to scandal interview. You can easily find the original in Youtube by typing CNN Jack Neo and see the full footage not dubbed.
