Only at Africa - Part 1

Just like previous case, the "africa" just an example, it can be any country. But this one really kind of funny. And really take you some thinking on what they are trying to do..... besides the 3rd one, very straight forward.

I think the first one they try to pain the swimming pool, and the second one they want heat water..... what do you think?
