Another student abuse case - the girl forced to strip herself

Remeber the Guangzhou Kaiping case not long ago? Here is another case, however, in this case, there is not so much fierce fighting. And in return for not being hit, the gal got to strip herself off in front of camera. What is this world? They are at most secondary school, how can they treat such thing like something normal. The girl being stripped (I can't understand cantonese, so can someone tell me what mistake she made?), looks like being stripped is a much easy punishment than being hit.
