Which girl in school uniform is the most favourite of guys

No doubt that, guys and girls always have different taste. To me, this girl (in the first photo) should be the most favourite of guys, but end up she is not the one. But anyway, look at these school girls, they are so "powerful", look at what they did:

1) make changes to their uniform (see the 2nd pic, where this girl makes changes to her shoes)
2) the teacher goes after her
3) some more... I can't remember... watch the video yourself.....


I wonder if we can wear such shoes to school in Singapore or not.

I wonder if Singapore wants to find four of such school girls, is it possible?
