I guess this is first time in Singapore. Mahjong Challenge organized by NTUC. But it needs a registration fee of $25 for NTUC member and $35 for non-members. More interesting, $5 for non-participants!!! So what for paying $5 to get inside? To give tips to other players? Interesting. And the venue is at a school, Singapore Polytechnic.
But no mention which rule they are going to use.
