Crocs Warehouse Sale @ Thye Hong Centre 1 to 2 Nov 2008

Can you imagine that, crocs is having a warehouse sale! If they are real one, then really a good deal according to the price shown below. Usual price $45 now only $27, seems like quite a bargain. Hope no hidden cost, or any problem with the shoes. Hard to believe. Anyone experience this before, or maybe someone can go there on Sat and let me know?
